Things You Need
Chicken breast 300 GMs cut in the shape of parchments, 2 – 3 table spoons of white vinegar, salt according to taste, 2 – 3 table spoons of mustard paste, 1 tea spoon of red chili powder, 1 tea spoon of garlic powder, 1 cup of rice flour, 1 cup of corn flour, half cup of white flour, 2 table spoons of chicken powder, 1 table spoons of black pepper powder, 1 table spoon of white pepper powder, one third tea spoon of baking powder, 2 – 3 eggs, one quarter tea spoon of oregano, a pinch of thyme, one quarter tea spoon of rosemary powder, Oil to deep fry, mayonnaise as per required, ice berg as per required and 4 – 6 buns.
This zinger burger recipe has three steps:
◘ Step 1. Marinating
First of all you need to slice the chicken in 6 layers, if not already sliced and place these pieces in an already greased plastic bag. Now spread them with the help of kitchen hammer until they are very thin. Now put the hammered chicken pieces in a mixing bowl and add white vinegar, salt, mustard paste, red chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, thyme and rosemary powder to it in the above mentioned quantitative and mix them all. Leave the preparation for almost half an hour to marinate.
◘ Step 2. Fry
Add all the dry ingredients that is corn flour, rice flour, white flour, chicken powder, black pepper powder, baking powder, white pepper powder and salt in a separate bowl and mix them well. Beat eggs in a separate container. Now pick the chicken pieces, one at a time, first dip it in dry mixture and coat it on both sides now dip it in the container having beaten eggs. Once again repeat the procedure and deep fry the pieces in pre-heated oil.
◘ Step 3. Sauce
Add mayonnaise, mustard paste and 2 table spoon of vinegar in a separate bowl and mix them well.
Making burger: Cut bun in two halves with the help of knife. Now spread one table spoon full of sauce on the bun then place the chicken piece and once again cover with the sauce. Cover it with the other half off the bun.
